Overview



The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills decorating a wedding cake. Students who have successfully completed this course shall be able to:
- Produce covered cake boards, complete with cleats
- Arrange flowers with appropriate florist tools
- Produce flood work
- Perform sugar craft work including sugar lace, pipe embroidery, filigree work, flounce and frills
- Assemble 3-tier wedding cake
